Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date that you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For further information, please contact us at Vu@varietyuniverse.com. We will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you of the status of your return once we have received it and inspected it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the incorrect item. We will identify the issue and address it accordingly.
Refunds
You will receive notification of approval or denial once your return is inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, your original form of payment will be automatically refunded. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need more time to process and remit funds to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. When you receive the refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
